Scotland to Newcastle Ferry

Only the locals cars are allowed into the village so you must park on the outskirts of Holy Island and walk. It was a lovely day for it and everything is fairly close so this wasn't a problem. Lindisfarne Castle was built to defend a harbour sheltering English ships during skirmishes with Scotland.
